I've always had an issue with animals dressed up like humans, but I suppose this is ok....? |

yes, that's our towel monkey hanging over to the right... We had a large porthole window in our room and enjoyed the adjustable thermostat as we both we're a little cold from the A/C they kept running throughout the ship.
Each floor has an assigned Stateroom attendant to clean, replace towels/sheets, place a chocolate on the pillows, make up towel animals and leave a daily itinerary. It was better than hotel service and they remembered everyone's name.
If you're ever planning to cruise, I would highly suggest Royal Caribbean. Everything from the service to the food to the entertainment is stellar! |

Mazatlan was my favorite port-of-call next to Puerto Vallerta. Out of the three stops, this place has the largest population of over 300,000 people.
There are two main tourist locations - Old Town which has the beautiful churches, opera house, and flea markets. Gold Zone is the other part that is newer and has many jewelry shops (Diamonds International, Pacific Jewelry, etc.). This area caters mainly to the tourists looking for souvenirs and duty-free goods. |

This beautiful ship from Royal Caribbean transported us last year to the lovely (but bone-chillingly cold) Alaska (stops: Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan). This year it brought us to the stunningly gorgeous and thankfully warm, Mexican Riviera (stops: Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallerta).
In this photo, we're docked at Mazatlan. We tendered (brought to shore by smaller boats) in both Cabo and PV. |

| Not sure if it was the Disney movie that did it to me, but I really think clown fish are pretty cute. |

| This drawing was masterfully done by our friend's 4 year old daughter, Yuka. She's a tiny artist with a big imagination. I'd say she draws better than I do at my age! |

| Honestly I'm not a fan of Thai food or of curry (other than Japanese curry), but Koh Samui and The Monkey makes a divine pumpkin curry! Their lunch special for $12 also included a choice of either imperial rolls, spring rolls or chicken satay. I chose the last and was very happy with their lovely presentation, excellent service, and yummy food. Will definitely make a point to visit again. |

| Koh Samui and The Monkey is a Thai restaurant in San Francisco that serves the cutest tea in little elephant cups and a cast iron teapot. |
